- Qualifiers starts at 7:00 PM, all participants must attend to Q8 Karting maximum by 6:30 PM to attend the pre race briefing.

- Participants who couldn't show up until 7:00 PM will be automatically disqualified without a refund.

- If a participant raises a concern about a kart performance issue that affected their lap time, the compensation will be based on an average of their unaffected lap times.

- Race setup (Qualifiers based on Best Lap, best 12 to play final based on Most Laps (Time Average if equal).
